how does someone lose weight while taking ativan and clomiprimine?

which is the cause can you tell me please? or are both? Note: ativan does not make me sedate, unless I take too much.

    ativa is “probably”not related to weight loss/gain, while, one of clomipramine’s side effect is weight gain
